Do I need to visit the office to deposit?
No. You can deposit from any bank account or bKash without visiting our office, and confirm it through the Amar Biniyog app.
What should I write as the reference?
Your Client Trading Code. Put it in the reference or remarks field of your bank transfer, deposit slip or bKash payment so we can credit the right account.
How much can I deposit?
Cash at the bank: up to BDT 8.75 lac in a single day. Cheque, pay order, EFT, BEFTN, RTGS or fund transfer: any amount.
Are there any charges?
Bank deposits are free from our side. bKash payments carry a 1.5% service fee for bKash’s transaction processing; the net amount is credited to your BO account.
When will the money show in my account?
After our accounts team verifies your payment. Uploading your proof in the Amar Biniyog app helps us match and approve it quickly. If it’s taking longer than expected, call the Accounts Office on 01730-706746.
How do I withdraw money later?
